Light Whole Wheat Bread

Bread machine recipe for a 1-1/2 lb loaf.
1-1/4 cup warm water (295 grams)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cup whole wheat flour (158 grams)
1-1/4 cup bread flour (166 grams)
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by
   bread machine manufacturer.
2. Set machine for basic/white bread, medium crust, 1-1/2 lb loaf, extras.
3. Press start and let the machine do it's thing.
4. After 10-15 minutes, check to make sure the dough is making a smooth ball.
5. After baking is complete, let bread cool for 15-30 minutes before slicing.
